Waited at this location for 40 minutes for an order that was done online. Every time they brought to-go orders out I'd check to... see if it was mine. It was not. Finally after getting up for the third time to check on the status of my order the cashiernoticed it on the side of the register. My lone order just sitting there. It was lukewarm at best which indicated to me that ithad been there for a long while. Beyond disappointed that I wasted my lunch time here. Read more
I ordered through Google Maps with Chow something and man, was it the easiest thing in the world. I walked right in and to the... right was a shelf with all takeout orders. I found mine and picked it up, still hot and fresh. The staff were on top of theirgame. They were quick and efficient and I didn't have to wait. The restaurant was very clean which I'm always very appreciativeof. McAlister's is one of my favorite spots and their club cannot be beat! Read more
The food is good, but this location is so slow! I placed my order prior to arriving to the restaurant, and when I arrived they... were behind. This is not the first occasion they were moving slow during lunch. Although, I do recommend this location, it'sbeneficial to order in advance. Read more
The option to be able to order ?table side? on the app was definitely nice and convenient. The food was brought to the table and... the staff comes around to periodically check on you. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is nice. The food was fresh, hotand tasty. I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because it took a while to get my food and they made it wrong, so I had to waitwhile they remade it. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Read more
We have loved this location for 7 years when we first moved here. Over the last six months there has been a significant decrease... in the quality of not only the food, but also by the staff that works there. Tonight was no different: the environment when iwalked in to get our to go order was tangible uncomfortable, the staff was yelling at each other behind the desk, it was veryshort staffed, and then when i got home realized that the three kids meals i had ordered did not have the cookies or applesaucethey were supposed to have, the garden salad i ordered was supposed to have honey mustard (not ranch which was packed), and thenthe taco salad we ordered had no chips with it and was served with the avocados pictured below. I?m sad. My kids love mcalistersand so did we, but this has been increasingly getting worse, and truthfully i don?t think we will be back. Read more

I ordered this as a late-night meal for my hotel.I ordered through doordash and it was delivered within 20 minutes of the time... that I ordered it. The macaroni and cheese was mediocre at best but the club sandwich was very good. My rating system consistsof a 3-star being exactly what you expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special and a 5 means youwere blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing and a 1-star rating is terrible Read more
