I was looking forward to ordering a few doozies but there was a bug trapped in the saran wrap with the cookies. I mentioned it... to the employee who immediately removed the tray. She opened the wrap for the bug to get out then she covered it again, butdidn't discard the doozies... the tray remained on the counter. They created a strawberry swirl doozie for me and although itwas good, I was left wondering if the other tray of cookies were put back to be sold. Read more

Had a mobile order to pickup and the store says it will be open at 11:00am so I arrive at Noon, an hour after they?re supposed... to be open and they were not. ????. 2 young employees were inside looking at us like we were not suppose to be there but saysthey forgot to unlock the door. Fact is they were not even opened, still counting drawer and nothing ready to be served not evenmy chewy oatmeal cookies. They told me 45 minutes so I left. When I come back, they?re still not ready. This time they need tocool down. ??????????? Here?s the tip, don?t let kids run your business. They still need to be supervised. The so-calledmanager couldn?t even look at you in the face when talking to you or explaining the reason the items are not ready. We had noidea who she was talking to since she?s looking at the floor the entire time. Not a good experience for the first visit. I am completely amazed by the service provided on 1/22/22. The store had a delayed opening due to snow and ice and I walked in... as the young woman was trying to catch up with all of the opening tasks. I just hoped there would be at least a plain cookiecake that I could purchase and try to decorate myself. The young woman happily offered to make a cookie cake and decorate ithowever my 9 year old wanted. My daughter excitedly asked for a pig and a lion on her cake. I came back 2 hours later to pick upmy order and was completely blown away! The cake was exactly what my daughter hoped for and was the star of her last minutebirthday party. Out of pecans and cookie dough. Employee was having difficult time completing tasks.
