I do love liberty tap room and I only get the wings. But I don't know why they gave me all these legs and one flat. I usually... get half and half which I love. I understand we can't do all flat but at least I can get more than just one. Maybe because it'slate they just give me whatever. But these wings are not cheap to just give me whatever left. We walked in and were seated in less than 5 minutes. Our server was a little slow but our food was delicious. The wings with... honey Sriracha sauce was finger licking good. Then we had the salmon with a honey bourbon glaze, green beans, collard greens andrice. The sauce on that salmon was the star of the plate. I could have poured that sauce over EVERYTHING and drank it from aglass. Because our server was slow, our entrées came out almost Luke warm at best. Dining side and Bar side. When it's not busy they seat everyone on the bar side. It's was fine for us but if you want a quieter... dining experience this would not be it. The service was okay. Acknowledgment of a refill or something missing needed to be made.Food quality was fair. Steak was stringy and fatty. Baked potato came naked. Salad wedge was okay but the bacon pieces were hardor burnt. Sweet tea was way too sweet and needed to be halved with unsweet to make it drinkable. The staff is very kind here. I wish I could say the same about the food. I ordered chicken and waffles. The first time the... waffles were cold and the second time they were not all that much warmer.
