I stopped inside after work and school with my 4 year old and was told there was no public restroom by one of the cashiers.... However, we have visited this location multiple times and there is for sure a restroom in the back of the lobby. Why wouldsomeone deny a child the use of a restroom? Read more

I ordered from this place and the doughnuts were days old and very dry some of the doughnuts smelled like someone's... lunch as if they were talking over my order with no gloves or with food in they're mouth talking over my order while preparingmy order is was very disturbing, concerning and discussing, I ordered a specific item all the items that I was given was felledwith jelly as if that's all they had to offer but I still had to pay for trash worse experience I've ever had please do notorder from this place and request your entire order is made fresh that's the only way to support any business to ensure qualityand ensure customer self satisfaction you want to see your product before giving your hard earned most to a business withemployees that could careless about they're costumers satisfaction most of them nowadays are all about themselves or that BAG besure you are satisfied not the businesses pleading for support and desperately scrambling for workers. Try the original glazed donut coffee. I was so sleepy when I pulled up to the drive-thru and this actually brought me back to... life for the next few hours. The taste is a little better than average but it definitely has a great caffeine kick. Read more

I took my son here to get the Krispy Kreme experience. By that, I mean getting the hat, which they had an abundance of,... thankfully, and watching donuts get made in real time. Luckily he could experience those two things and was not distracted byhow dirty it was. I went to order and could see a fly stuck flying around where the employees store the donuts. Additionally,the floor had a sheen to it; not sure if it was the oil or glaze, but yeah, this store was not clean. Luckily my son didn't getsick or anything so there's that. Read more

I drove 20 minutes across town to find half empty donut cases. No OG glazed and none being made. Poor quality donuts that... weren't fresh and didn't look good either. The coffee was so watery I could see the inside of the cup. Tasted like brown water.Gas stations are better than this! Read more

Oh, my, gosh! I love the new chocolate cream filled donuts! I should have gotten a whole dozen! Go. Go. Go! Before they are... taken off the menu! Ha. The lady in the drive through was very nice and triple checked my order and just to make sure she showedme the box of donuts at the window, and ended up there was a miss communication. She fixed it no problem and I am very thankfulshe did! Very patient, no attitude, felt like I was the only customer. I appreciate service like that. If I lived there Iwould certainly be giving this location my business! Read more

I live in Greenville, Sc. I often have to drive to Columbia which is 115 miles away. It is a treat after a long drive like that... to be able to stop and get a donut at Krispy Kreme. Unfortunately Everytime I stop at this location, either the donuts arestale, the store is not clean, the staff is not friendly or any combination of these things. For example I told the clerk aboutthe stale donuts i got the last time i came in. She never once offered to make it right or even say im sorry about that. On topof that she didn't smile even once during our interaction or with any of the other customers. It seemed that we were botheringher by coming in to buy anything. Her sour face was very unpleasant and made for an unpleasant experience. They need to get thisstore together with some fresh blood before it goes out of business. I happen to be African-American and got the same badservice as everyone else so I don't think the bad service is racial... Just bad customer service. Read more
