Mar 3, 10:01 pm I arrived to the restaurant to pick up an order. The employee said we are closed. I said the order was placed... before you were closed. Response " I said we are closed C L O S E D. I wanted to give 0 stars. For one, we were told to drive up and didn?t even get our food for another 40 minutes literally 40... minutes. Then when we got home to eat our food the chicken was so over cooked, I couldn?t even bite into my sandwich. Worst $30bucks I?ve spent. Read more

This particular location on Broad River Rd is horrible. The customer service is rude, unfriendly, unwelcoming, unprofessional,... and unmotivated. Upon going in to pick up my online order I stood waiting for almost 29 minutes before anyone acknowledged mebeing there. I placed my order 30 minutes before arriving and it still hadn't even began being made. So I total I waited for myorder almost an hour. No on was at the front counter to greet anyone. Mind you I was there 2 hours before closing. Whilepreparing food they were not properly wearing gloves or using them. Biscuits were hard and barely warm as well. I will not usethis location again. This was the second time service from them was horrible. They need to get it together. Read more

This experience was by FAR our BEST KFC experience EVER!! Thank you all so very much! The food was excellent! Customer service... was top notch! Well the customer service award would go to Saqohn. He is very respectful and very kind. I believe he deserves a raise because... everyday I go by there whether it's for me or someone else and if he is there make sure he provides the best customer service.Thanks young man it's appreciated. Please check your food to make sure that it is done!! I came through the drive-through and ordered popcorn chicken. I made it... all the way home to find out that it was not done. My kids, who are toddlers, bit into some of the chicken as well. I calledimmediately to see if I could get a credit because I did not feel like coming back to the restaurant. The "manager" told me thatthis was impossible. I wanted my money back so I took the receipt and the raw chicken back to the restaurant to get my moneyback. The cooks came out and look at the chicken. No fault was claimed, but they did offer to remake my food... I was disgusted at this point and did not want anything else from this restaurant. The manager came up, said nothing, took my receipt andcompleted the refund. I will be furthering my complaint to corporate. Salmonella poisoning is serious and can lead to death. Read more
