I wanted to give 0 stars. For one, we were told to drive up and didn?t even get our food for another 40 minutes literally 40... minutes. Then when we got home to eat our food the chicken was so over cooked, I couldn?t even bite into my sandwich. Worst $30bucks I?ve spent. Read more
This particular location on Broad River Rd is horrible. The customer service is rude, unfriendly, unwelcoming, unprofessional,... and unmotivated. Upon going in to pick up my online order I stood waiting for almost 29 minutes before anyone acknowledged mebeing there. I placed my order 30 minutes before arriving and it still hadn't even began being made. So I total I waited for myorder almost an hour. No on was at the front counter to greet anyone. Mind you I was there 2 hours before closing. Whilepreparing food they were not properly wearing gloves or using them. Biscuits were hard and barely warm as well. I will not usethis location again.
