Not satisfied. I ordered a 12pc family meal. Didn't get any biscuits or gravy with my family size mashed potatoes.
Totally unimpressed with this location. Employee unwilling to even accommodate me on a simple request for butter for biscuits.... She was not rude as much as lacking in customer service personality. Read more
I?m not the type to even write a review about anything but yesterday I went there. Everything was cool, they took my order and... when I pull up to the window this guy said to me ? Konnichiwa?. When I say I was speechless I really was because what had him dothat. Then he got the nerve to smile and ask why we was laughing back there when they were taking my order. Well I ordered the 12 piece tender meal which comes with 3 sides and 5 biscuits?. When I got home to feed my hungry 1 yo and 4... yo, there were no fries or biscuits and wrong sauces which they love. I went back to get the fries and I bought two biscuitswhile the manager complained about me adding something on at the window. When I asked for sauces? all of a sudden they were out.To top it off when I got home for second time there was only 8 tenders instead of 12.. this KFC will never receive my businessagain I promise! I personally love KFC. It is delicious. I love the menu. But... I did have a problem with one of the employees that I met today... at the KFC on Decker Blvd Columbia, SC 29223 just a few minutes before 5pm. She should have not came after me because someoneforgotten to put an item that I purchased. I get there was a situation happening outside where someone was getting arrested andif she had to deal with that guy. I get it, I'm sorry that happened to you but you don't need to take your frustrations out on acustomer. She should have stepped away, taken a breather, and came back to work. Once I realized the item was missing, I loopedaround and went back through the drive-thru. Waited my turn and when I got up to the speaker I informed them that they forgot anitem and I have a receipt. The lady on the intercom told me to drive up to the window. I politely told her "ok, thank you." Whenit was my turn at the window I told another lady what was the issue. She rudely told me that I needed to get out of line and gopark and go inside to get the missing item. She would not just give me my missing item. When she told me that I was holding upthe line and that she wouldn't not help me. I told her she did not have to be rude about it. She snapped back at me and said shewasn't and continued to be rude to me because I was holding up the line. I asked for her name and she shut the window in my faceand ignored me. Apparently this employee was more worried about the line behind me then the customer that already paid. Shortlyafter she shut the window a gentleman stepped up (if I'm not mistaken his name is Vincent) wearing a black shirt that look likea manager. He opened the window and helped me. He asked what the issue was, and he quickly solved it. As he went to go get themissing item. The lady that was very rude to me yelled at him saying there is a line Vincent. Terrible. Ordered Grilled basket (2 pieces of chicken).Told it was 8 min wait. After 15 minutes went inside and the staff member... at the front yelled out 'ya'll didn't even make this girl's order.' and the back kitchen was just like 'idk.' I waited for 30minutes to receive 2 pieces of grilled chicken. Kitchen was staring at me like I was an inconvenience. Never going here again.Terrible staff and terrible food.
