Not satisfied. I ordered a 12pc family meal. Didn't get any biscuits or gravy with my family size mashed potatoes.

I?m not the type to even write a review about anything but yesterday I went there. Everything was cool, they took my order and... when I pull up to the window this guy said to me ? Konnichiwa?. When I say I was speechless I really was because what had him dothat. Then he got the nerve to smile and ask why we was laughing back there when they were taking my order. Well I ordered the 12 piece tender meal which comes with 3 sides and 5 biscuits?. When I got home to feed my hungry 1 yo and 4... yo, there were no fries or biscuits and wrong sauces which they love. I went back to get the fries and I bought two biscuitswhile the manager complained about me adding something on at the window. When I asked for sauces? all of a sudden they were out.To top it off when I got home for second time there was only 8 tenders instead of 12.. this KFC will never receive my businessagain I promise!
