Every single time I come to this establishment the people are extremely rude. If not for me coming there just to get my wife... something she was craving for I would have pulled off. I waited by drive thru for 20 minutes with no response. Then I pulled upto the window where a young lady with long braids told me, ? I was about to say something. You have to drive back around.? Andshe slammed the window closed. ???? This is the final straw to an endless amount of other incidents. You just should not testpeople this way. Then I couldn?t even get my own food because they supposedly ran out and she then told me rudely that it wouldbe a 20 minute wait after waiting 30. I arrived to pick up a mobile order and a tall gent with a beard tells me it?s not ready and tells me it?s gonna take 15... minutes, I waited longer than that. The dude who seems so sick of customers he makes you feel like you?re in his house waitingfor your food, comically explains they ran out of chicken, cool and this is dinner time? So believe me when I say any good rateshere come from paid reviewers or employees themselves, finally I get my order after 25 minutes and it?s not worth the wait notthe price. The new special got chicken strips the hot ones. They were good some over cooked but good taste.

The absolute WORST bojangles in America. The staff has no idea what they are doing and when they got MY order wrong, they tell... me ?You can?t change your order at the window?? they need to watch the video of a deli owner called ? give them the pickle ?!That is what is missing here, any resemblance of customer service of value of the customer!
