This place was decent 3 months ago give or take. Over the last month, I've had many issues with food & service. I use(d) the JJ... app to order pickup, which worked for all of 2 weeks, then I got consistent errors, the worst being that I select "Ordernotifications" in the app to see when I'm clear to pickup, but would either not get a notification that my food was read at all,get one, but my food wasn't ready, or I would go over after waiting 15+ min. & my food would be ready, but I wouldn't get anotification until anywhere from 5-15 minutes after leaving the store, meaning no one plugged that my order was ready into thesystem prior. I've also had orders be wrong: Sandwiches not cut in half, condiments I requested not be put on end up onsandwiches (Which has almost always been an issue when I'm ordering for coworkers, which upsets them too). The last straw for mewas ordering pickup, waiting 15 min. (At 1:32 pm, def. not lunch rush), then going over to the store to find out not only was myorder not on the designated pickup shelving adjacent to the door, my order was sitting on the line (For how long I have noidea), had not been bagged, no napkins, (No notification on my phone that it was ready), nor did anyone ask me what I needed for5 min. after arriving save for one gentleman who was obviously moving product around, when there were at least 2 other employeespresent not doing anything. I will say, it is easy to distinguish the ethically driven workers here from the rest, but man,what's the point of having a pickup station if you can't even get the sandwiches off the line, into a bag, & walk the all of 30ft over to it with an order? Wish I could leave a positive review, but I won't be back, unless my coworkers need me to grabsomething for them. Read more
I wish we had more Jimmy John's around here! Then again, I would probably spend way too much money lol they are always fast and... friendly. When I am working downtown they are my absolute go-to for lunch. Read more
just posting here as a warning to others: the negative reviews on customer service are accurate. it was our first visit and I... will never return. second warning: DO NOT FOR THE LOVE DRINK ANYTHING FROM THE FOUNTAIN MACHINE. my kids and I grabbed somewater and it tasted of mold. like STRONG MOLD. Please do not have a curb side option if you?re not going to bring it out to the car. That leaves me waiting in my car thinking... y?all are busy. But when I come in you are not busy and my sandwich is just sitting there. That?s a real waste of my time. Ifmanagement wants to respond and make it up to me I?d be happy to update my review. The sandwiches they make here are pretty good but I have about had it with trying to order anything online. Once in a while you... get lucky and your order is waiting for you at the designated area of the store. But I have had several occasions where eitherthe order was not complete or the order had been complete and was not bagged while walk-in customers are getting servedimmediately. The bottom line is it?s probably easier just to walk in the door and order what you want and then bag it yourself. Read more
Food was amazing as always, but customer service was downright horrible. Main cashier was very rude to my group, and looked like... he didn?t care. Had a tone with one person as well. Have never had a bad experience like this at Jimmy Johns. Read more
I said no tomatoes, no cucumbers, add mustard, oregano, and hot peppers on the #3 I ordered and scheduled to be delivered at... 3pm. Delivery guy game at 2:30 I had everything I didn?t want and none of what I wanted. Then had the nerve to provide thedetailed receipt showing what I ordered. Maybe they can?t read ??????????? This location on Gervais Street would not deliver to my workplace on Gervais Street. Young man on the phone told me we were a... few blocks outside of delivery range. He asked the manager to doublecheck, and they said no. Very poor customer service! Perhapsyou shouldn't offer delivery at all. Read more
