Being from up north. 10 minutes out of Philly. I kind of expected Jersey Mike's Philly steak to be a little better than it was.... It was okay but it was missing that Philly fling. On a nice amarosa bun with a little bit more steak on it and I didn't like theback. They don't have ketchup but for being down south it's pretty good. Read more
I frequent this location at least 2-3 times a week, Thursday 3 people working waited 20 mins 1 hot sub and a salad this Friday 5... people working 45 mins for 1 hot sub. It was taking so long for people to get their food one lady fell asleep in the chair. Idon?t mind waiting but the young lady on the grill caught an attitude because she didn?t read the ticket properly and placeditems on my sandwich that I did not requested and left off the items I requested, but what got me was the eye roll. I requestedmy $12.00 back and left. The manager was very apologetic, I appreciated her apology but the young lady on the grill showed noremorse just an eye roll and turned back to the grill as if nothing happened. I also watched online tickets be placed in frontof my ticket, I would suggest you take care of your customers that come in the store first and have a dedicated person to workon online orders. This Saturday I visited the Sams Crossing location and it was outstanding their grilled portobello wastotally different makes me question if your store is even using the correct mushrooms. Read more
They don't clean their slicer. Meat after Meat,, cheese after cheese without cleaning. Pictures say it all One year later, no... improvement, sad part is I'm paying for it as whatever was on the slicer that they didn't clean, has caused me big stomachissues. I took a few pictures within five minutes, slicer was never wiped, and they cut multiple sandwiches before mine. Furthermore, no consistency on how many slices of meat you get, sometimes five, sometimes six, sometimes seven. Typical Jersey Mike's menu. This location is good. Visited on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy and a little hectic. It... was, however, move in week for colleges. It was a little hard to hear. This was my first time there. Subs fresh and made in front of you. Not quite as full as they show the ad on TV commercials. ... They are almost like Subway you have to tell them what you want on it as they are making it. Found this a little upsetting, butI will go back. Read more
