I received a text promoting free delivery so I ordered at 6:39pm with a 45 minute estimated delivery time (7:24pm). I called at... 7:48pm and Jersey Mike's staff said it has been sitting there for a long time and door dash didn't come until a couple minutesbefore I called. Ordered carry out on my way to an event. Got there twenty minutes later and they hadn?t even started it yet. The manager was... standing right there and looked at me like I was stupid, like they didn?t have the order then the other girl says ?oh that mustbe the paper you threw away. I couldn?t wait or I would have been late but now I don?t get to eat. Tried to get a refund on theapp but there was no option for that or a number to call so I called the store back and they said I had to be in the store toget my refund. I told them no I don?t and they said they would write my name and number down and call back if they had anyquestions but then hung up without asking my name or number. The prices were a little high but the food was worth it. The service was awesome. It was the best sub I have ever eaten.
09/17/2022 Friday night around 8:25pm. This has to be the worst experience I?ve EVER HAD AT JERSEY MIKES???? I ordered my... favorite sub the big kahuna .. 1st I had to turn around because it my sub didn?t have any topping I requested ?2nd I get homeand the bread is stale , chicken was hard dry & taste old.. IVE NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF QUALITY FRIM JERSEY MIKE. The girl withdreads took my order and she was completely off any every way. No hello no nothing then she proceeds to say we don?t have whiteor rosemary bread Only Wheat .. I wanted the sub so simply stated ? that?ll be ok? she proceeds to continue talking loud to anassociate on the other end of the restaurant.. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS BAD ENOUGH TO CONSIDER NEVER COMING BACK .. but I?venever had this type of service and expo from the day shift . TO THE OWNERS !! .
