Ordered delivery got confirmation at 10:17 am food supposed to be delivered 10:47. Outside waiting at 10:47 i get a text saying... order canceled. Called store and person was argumentative told me I didn't place order at that store etc. I just wanted mymoney refunded then I get another email at 11:30 saying food on the way. 11:47 food came someone had poured seemingly a box ofsalt on my sausage biscuit. HARDEES SAYS FEED YOUR HAPPY. IM NOT VERY HAPPY RIGHT NOW.... Not another dollar will Hardee's getfrom me. Read more

Ordered a California double without the sauce. Took 30 minutes to get the order and the sandwich had sauce on it. The sandwich... was cold also.. The guy that took my order had me to pull up and gave 3 orders out behind me. I walked in to get my food andthey told me they were getting my order together. After he took his hand and and wiped his nose he then reheated my onion ringsin grease. Never washed their hands going from the register and preparing food. I just threw all of it in the trash. I am disabled hypertensive and have an extremely bad headache after getting the biscuit doused with salt. It is against the law... to tamper with a customer's food. Whomever did that to my food should be fired and prosecuted. I don't trust hardened anymore.When you have an administrative problem it is in your job description to handle it not tamper with food seal it up in a bag andhave it delivered an hour later I was stupid to even eat it after having words with the female about why my order was cancelled.There will definitely be repercussions.
