I go out of my way to get the breakfast platter and this day in particular I invited my daughter to come with me. Service slow... for a Saturday. Sausage was burnt on both orders and ordered extra hash browns. Did not receive the extra hash browns so Iwaited in line to inform and cashier was addressing the issue, however had to wait on hash browns. When hash browns were readyorders after mine were getting hash browns and this was after 15 minutes of initial order. Then manager on duty that wasexpediting order wanted to know what I was waiting on. I explained to her missing the extra hash browns I had ordered and showedreceipt and she finally put in a bag the hash browns and just handed to me, no communication from her. I did thank her. Got backto the table and my daughter finished her platter already and had yet to eat. Disappointed. Sales fixes hours, my sales arefinished with Hardee's. There are more choices.gds... Read more
Not the best Hardee's but still good.
The fact that a worker can verbal assault and threaten a customer without consequences is appauling. Even contacted the DM and... she did nothing. Tamika needs to change her attitude if she is going to be working drive through. Read more

I frequently visit this establishment. I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe and was informed that tomatoe and lettuce would be added... to my request. To my avail no lettuce and tomatoe were on my sandwich. The cashier even repeated back to me what I wanted on itas well. Read more

They NEVER open on time. Either change the store hours or don't serve breakfast. COMPLETE waste of time every morning. Besides... the drive thru attendant is very unpleasant. Read more
