I LOVE LOVE LOVE HALLS. It was my first time going but it was such a nice experience and the food was amazing. They are very... nice here and the managers came and checked on us. Our waiter was so sweet and gave recommendations. It is my birthday but Ihate the places that sing happy birthday all loud and stuff but thankfully for me there didn?t do that. Best thing about this place is they are excellent in accommodating diet allergies/restrictions. Awesome service and they clearly... put a lot of effort into their cooking. They also have a pretty wide variety of dishes which is nice, compared to some upscalerestaurants that have a very limited menu. Expect to spend a lot of money. Like if you get steaks and drinks expect to spend$100 for two people. The signature sides are expensive but it's a very large serving and they are delicious. Read more
I?m not sure what took us so long to try Hall?s but I can tell you it was a mistake to wait. The staff is kind and generous. The... food is cooked to perfection and comes out at a wonderful pace. I can honestly say there was nothing about our experience thatdid not exceed expectations. Crystal was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. She was efficient and intuitive about our tablesneeds. If you?re willing to pay top dollar for quality steaks and service, this is the place to go. It was our first time dining... tonight and we didn?t have a reservation (highly recommend making one in advance) and were luckily sat within 5 minutes. Thelive music, extensive wine list, and of course steak offerings did not disappoint. We had top-notch service and would definitelycome back. Tried: wine, 8oz filet, seafood mac and cheese, risotto, Brussels sprouts, fried green tomatoes, and cinnamon rollcheesecake. Came here as a Valentine's date with my husband. It was our first time coming here, and the place did not disappoint at all. Our... waitress was absolutely incredible, the staff that assisted her with bringing meals out was equally as incredible. It's a priceyplace, but every bit worth the price. They do walk-ins and reservations, they add candles to light the mood. Cute carnations todecorate the tables. We all around loved the place, definitely a place to try at the very least once. I'm already anticipatingour next trip, which who knows when that will be. But the chef's or cooks deserve a well deserved standing ovation for theirtalent, as the food was simply delicious, perfectly cooked all around. Wow! I took my husband out for his birthday and we are over the moon about this place. It also just happened to be restaurant... week. The staff was absolutely amazing. The food was more delicious than we could even have expected. Side note: Leave room fordesert, you wont be disappointed. Read more
We went to this location for our 23rd wedding anniversary. It was such an awesome experience! The staff was great, the... atmosphere was nice, and the food was exceptional! We really enjoyed the presentation and explanation of the different cuts offmeat. The jazz musician came to our table to serenade us. We look forward to visiting this location again!! Read more
Oh Wow. In town for MIZZOU game and ate here 3X. Afternoon appetizers! Lunch and dinner the next day! Service was... exceptional and entertaining to watch as they roll an entire crew to bring the meals. Steaks were so good. Beer so cold. Agreat place to enjoy Columbia SC!!! Read more
