It was a pretty rough visit, We?ve been to many five guys restaurants all across the country. This was by far the way the worst... trip ever. From a manager standing behind the counter reprimanding his employee in a very non-productive way in front of anentire restaurant full of customers to the burnt hamburgers that we received. We work hard for money and choose to spend it atyour restaurant. It?s unfortunate that the quality did not equal the cost. Read more
The best thing we can say about this location was the fresh/hot fries. Burger was burnt and definitely not cooked to Five Guy... standards. The ?manager? was inside yelling at his employees in a completely unacceptable manner. Store could use some help fromowners for sure. Would not come back. Read more
This location cares about customer service. Literally had a small issue and the way the manager and team handled it was... incredible. The issue was not even a big deal to a point where I even noticed it but because the manager cared about quality, hemade sure to address it immediately! Thank you! Read more
I love Five Guys, but this location's fries have been extremely over salted the last 3-4 times I went. If you have or are at... risk of having hypertension, SKIP the fries! Now the burgers were amazing! Read more
Placed a simple order for little cheeseburger and a bacon little cheeseburger they didn't get that right. It was simple little... cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard and pickles; well the pickles didn't make to that sandwich. Now on to the little baconcheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, pickles and of course bacon; well the bacon didn't make it to that sandwich but found outwhere the pickles went...would you believe it they made it to the little bacon but the bacon didn't...WTH!! Called the store gotno answer after the discovery and a long drive home smh. Want be going back can't get a simple order right and charged topdollar for substandard service. Read more
