Ordered 2 Subs and 2 Cookies, we ask if the Cookies were in the bag and the lady says yes. Got home no Cookies, Called back and... talk to the lady about the the order, she didn't care,talked to the Manager, didn't care either. Will never go back to thisFirehouse Subs again. My first experience here due to staff was VERY unpleasant. I would never have went back but my boss wanted lunch there today so... I went to pick it up. The lady at the counter named Blue completely changed my mind and I would love to come there as long asthe staff is like her. Friendly and bright and truly takes care of customers.
