Service continues to be an issue, second time in the last six months my simple order (a Citadel sandwich) was "misplaced." Took... 45 minutes, and only after I went to the take out window and asked of a very nice lady. Food is good, but going to avoid forawhile, just doesn't appear anyone is in charge during the lunchtime hour. Read more
Highly disappointed. Received raw chicken with my Greek salad today (10/12/22 at 1 p.m.). This restaurant is within walking... distance from my job so I come here regularly but they are inconsistent and don?t think I will return. Read more
The restaurant was clean and the front counter staff were hard at work. I ordered a turkey melt to go and it took a little... longer than expected. The young lady at the counter did apologize for the wait. The sandwich was okay. Read more
This is my third EBD location I?ve visited and would undoubtedly be my least favorite. It?s the second location I?ve had... toppings I didn?t even order put on my sandwich, though at least the employees were nicer about it at the other location. Read more
When I stepped in on a Sunday morning, there were signs warning customers of the beverages are not available. They had some... problems with their water. The cashier had no personality but the food preparer made up with an optimist attitude. I had to getmy morning coffee from Starbucks down at the Marriott!! The next day I went back and they had two cashier's. One on their phonelooking down at it and responding. The other one, never said good morning, just stared like I had two heads ???? I guess thecashiers are not morning people. I did enjoy a short conversation with one of the staff members that workin the kitchen. Read more

My sister ordered a wrap and never got it. She waited 20 minutes for them to tell her they were out of what she ordered. Please... communicate with your customers better. She left with no food. Terrible Read more
