Best Dunkin in Columbia!! Staff is great & very friendly. Order is always accurate. They are short staffed most days but they... still smile & keep a positive attitude. I have seen the staff change many times over the last 2 years but the ladies there noware absolutely the best!! I've seen them deal with some really awful customers & stay professional. If I could give more than 5stars I definitely would. Keep up the great job ladies & thank you!!! Read more
Slowest drive through I've ever been through. Idk what it is about Columbia in general but it's like nobody knows how to run a... business and nobody wants to work. I literally could have brewed a better pot of coffee in the time it took me standing by atthe speaker. Not to mention the time I spent in the actual line before the speaker. Place is a joke. Very disappointed this morning. I was the 4th or 5th car in line from placing my order and waited about 12-15 minutes before... making it up to the speaker. The lady said it would be a minute and she'd be back to take my order. After waiting 5-7 minutes(with a line behind me) , I said "Hello?" (1 time) to check in ? I was only expecting an update, to make sure the speaker wasindeed working and not trying to be rude. The lady actually YELLED at me over the speaker something to the effect of "Ma'am,it's going to be a while because I'm dealing with a situation inside and we only have two people here!" I understand places maybe short-staffed and that early morning can be a busy time. When you're in the drive thru, you can't see what's happening inside(I can only imagine). I can also continue to have patience, but I was truly embarrassed to be yelled at in front of a line ofcars, so I waited another minute or so and then just drove off without placing an order because of how nasty this person was. Ialso found out after this that my husband had witnessed this same lady and her terrible attitude the prior morning when pickingup inside. After being a regular customer for years, we will not go back here. Read more

Negative 100 stars. Second time we tried this place. They don't give a rats a$$ about the customers! They make whatever coffee... they feel like. Terrible management, just sits in the back while others argue Infront of customers. Complete disorder. Notraining clearly or knowledge of the products. Lack of concern for the safety of customers, customers cleaning or covering wetspots so no one falls. My husband won't let me but someone needs to go show them how it's suppose to be ran and issues handled!Up most WORST Dunkin's I have ever seen in my entire life! Read more
Dunkin' at 4727 Forest Dr, Columbia, SC 29206 honors Veteran's Day. I approach an hour(6pm) before closing time(7pm) and the... door is locked. I play charades with two female workers and I walk to the drive thru window. I ask for my donut after a tensediscussion, though they are friendly. I receive my donut and leave. The donut is glazed blueberry and tastes good. Employees:Do you task until closing time...locking up an hour prior to closing does not alter the store hours on the signs orInternet. Management: Emphasize and explain company policies to employees. Otherwise, you will lose customers and revenue. Read more
