My favorite Dunkin location!! Syniah always makes me feel like family. I?ve voiced previously that I?m disappointed you cant... order a pup cup on the app, as when I take my puppy I usually have to order curbside. Syniah always comes out with a smile onher face, and has been going above and beyond- recognizing my order and surprising peanut with a pup cup!!! The donuts were not fresh at all (I am not a person to ever complain) but I think it is because most places do not have enough... people working. Short staffed. Seemed to me they might have been closing. The people that were working were very nice, even whenthe customer before us was unhappy. It is what it is! Read more
Ugggg they DO NOT know the difference between an iced coffee and a frozen. They gave me an iced when I ordered a frozen and then... expected me to pay for an additional coffee to fix their mistake. I left with their mistake only to take a sip of it in the carand it was some horrible flavor. I couldn't identify it. I gave it to my son who has gut rot. He doesn't even care what he eatsor drinks. He is the human version of a garbage disposal. I finally found something that was rejected. So, I literally threwmy money away. I was looking forward to later flushing it down the toilet, but I had that one joy in life stripped away from methe moment I was handed an iced instead of a frozen. We went there another time and they could not serve hot foods becausesomeone melted plastic in the oven.... knuckleheads. There is another location near by that can't serve frozen because theydon't have the machine? I had to look around to see if I accidently McFuked up, and went to the wrong place. Dunkin' has become a Starbucks wannabe. They used to concentrate on donuts but now on specialty drinks. Skip and go get... delicious Krispy Kreme donuts instead. Read more
This is just my opinion I don't think I would be going back to this location because they didn't have a decent selection of... items to choose from and there customer service wasn't exactly friendly there ice cream case was half empty and there quality ofdonut's wasn't good at all more chocolate donuts and ice cream than anything else and I'm just not a big fan of chocolate icingfrosted pastries or donuts and chocolate ice cream so it's a no for me Read more

I can in I was greeted by the 2 employees They both was busy. As soon as one got finished. She came and took my order. They... both was very professional. I give these 2 lady?s 5 stars and if I had cash on me instead of card. I would of tipped them both.They deserve it. Read more
