Awful awful awful customer service. Been here a few times and the coffee is always terrible, the coffee always comes out... completely white for some reason, I don't know what they're doing differently from other dunkins. I was there this morning andordered an iced latte with oatmilk and pumpkin spice, when they gave me the order in the drive thru it was almond milk with noflavoring, went inside to get it fixed and the lady inside thru a tantrum when I pointed it out. When she finally agreed tomake the coffee it came out nearly the exact same, and she slammed it on the counter and walked away without even looking at me.Done with this location, absolute garbage service and quality. Quick friendly service. Ordered on app while walking and was ready and handed to me upon walking in. Very refreshing treat... after a morning jog...sunrise cold brew iced coffee. Of course, I can't resist the add-ons! Ah, love me some pumpkin spicecold brew! Favorite time of the year! Read more

This Dunkin used to be be great. Service and food was excellent, and I was able to get through the drive thru within 5... minutes. Now, its terrible. Staff doesn't listen. I repeated my order 4 times. They still got it wrong. Gave it back twice, andstill didn't get what I ordered. And my order wasn't complicated. Today I ordered a Iced caramel coffee with cream and Splenda.I got a plain iced coffee with regular sugar ( I'm diabetic, so I couldn't drink it). And I also ordered a sausage, egg andcheese with bacon on an English muffin. In the end I received a bacon and egg on a cold English muffin. And I sat in the drivethru for 15 minutes to still not get my correct order. When I called and asked for a manager, I was told there wasn't one thereat the time. When I asked to have the manager call me, I was told that she didn't have time to take my name or number becausethey was too busy, and too call back later. Then hung up on. That is not acceptable. 20 minute wait time in drive thru (only one employee seen). Gave me the wrong donut and didn't notice til after I drove... off.???? ETA: should have known, even the pumpkin spice coffee I ordered wasn't right????. Read more

Typically I take the high road with rudeness. But I'm not taking it when it comes to rudeness and a bad product. First the... young lady greeting you makes you feel like you're inconveniencing her. ???? Once at the window she's opens the window and tellsyou the price of the order. She doesn't acknowledge or greet you once again. When it's time to pay by the app she unexpectedlyremoved my phone from my hand to scan the QR code for payment. I'm like ok that was different. She walks off to prepare myfrozen matcha. When she returns it's thrust towards my hand. I said thank you and wow as she's continuing her personal callthrough her ear buds and walking away. She turns around and comes back to the window. I say "so no thank you or no you'rewelcome". She gives a quick "you're welcome" and walks off. I don't know about everyone else but I can't continue giving mymoney to an establishment like this. I called the number on the receipt and left all the information they asked for and amwaiting for a call from the appropriate district manager. I'm not holding my breath however but will update you all. Herbehavior was too easy and appears to be commonplace. She does with ease and continues to be employed there. I'm disgusted anddisappointed. She needs to be retrained in customer service as this is the job she chose. Read more

Worst experience ever at any food service place.. Wish I could give negative stars. Went to purchase donuts and saw a sign that... said online orders only, so I ordered by phone and waited. And waited. 20 minutes in the parking lot while worker came and wentand saw me waiting. 100 degrees outside.so I finally went in to ask and the girl rudely asked "what order?" I told her the nameand she grabbed the first receipt out of a big stack waiting and said "we don't have most of these." No apology. I said that Iwanted my money back and she said "We can't do that. You'll have to call the 800 number." I asked her for the number and shewalked away without a word. Warm bodies do not equal customer service, and I question the judgment of any corporation thatallows this on their front lines.. There is no excuse for this king of incompetence and rudeness in any position, especiallyone dealing with the public. Read more

Their speaker is terrible?can?t hear a thing you?re asking for, so I cut my order short because I was tired of repeating myself... after the 5th time of them asking ?I?m sorry what?? Also no knowledge of their menu when I asked for an item and they seemedclueless as to what I was talking about. Realized finally what I was referring to and it was still incorrect/made wrong. Donutwas sad looking and wrong type of filling so the entire experience was disappointing. I won?t go again, I?d rather drive theextra mile and go to the garners ferry location.
