Want a great burger? Then try this location. Their Huge burger is just that....huge size and huge taste! Their BLT sandwich... and fries are excellent also. And, the drinks use shaved ice...keeps them really cold. Read more
Food was on point tonight ( big double burger tray Cajun fries and wrap )
Person taking orders was rude and had an attitude. Had to tell her multiple times what we wanted and then there were just long... pauses after we talked. I ordered one of the chargrilled chicken sandwiches and i was given a burger with the same toppings. Thereceipt on the tray even says chicken so i don't know where the mix up was there. I got chicken nuggets as one of the sides andthey were rubbery. Read more
This location is very good. It's Cook Out, so you should know what you're getting. The food is good. The service is quick in the... drive thru. Getting in and out of here is pretty easy, since you have a light you can go to. Last time I was here I got my foodquick, however, half the order was wrong. Is zero stars were an option, I would give it that! We literally just left there, and after a long day of work and not wanting... to cook tonight, we decided to eat at The Cookout. For starters the woman at the drive through was very unprofessional. We hadto turn around because she forgot one of our drinks, she asked for our receipt as if we didn't JUST drive off. The receipt thatshe had given us wasnt even our receipt. She finally gave us the tea and slammed the window, no apology or anything for theinconvenience. Its so disappointing how bad customer service can ruin everything. Fast forward... we get home and the burgerswere soogy and there was no cheese, or any of the other ingredients I asked for on the burger. It was just awful!! I will nevergo back there. Read more
Every Cook Out I?ve ever visited sounds distorted at the drive thru. I had to ask the young man to repeat himself several times.... You certainly can?t beat the price. I love a sloppy burger but I don?t prefer it to be this way as soon as I open the wrapper.There was a hair on my fry so I recommend the cooks wear hair nets - if they don?t already. Cook Out is always the best. Stopped at the first one I came across while traveling and it did not disappoint. Only thing that... could have made the visit better would be if Cook Out would bring back the pumpkin pie shake...nonetheless, I settled for awalnut malt shake and it was quite tasty. Read more
