The food is consistently delicious. For the food 5 stars. But the attitudes?!?!? 0 stars if I could. Every time we go, the... cashier has an attitude about us wanting our order done correctly. Literally a young man rolled his eyes at me for wanting mycookout sauce that they forgot to put in the bag. And I am NEVER nasty or mean to food service workers. It's a Cook Out with indoor dining. I love these. The food is great, not the bargain it used to be but it is consistent. I don't... go very often because it's not healthy and not as affordable as it was. But if I'm in the mood I can't pass up a Oreo CarmelCheesecake milkshake, extra fancy. Read more
Forest Drive location is terrible. The lady taking orders and at the window is extremely rude and is unable to get an order... right if it?s more than 3 items. The food tastes like the grills and fryers are not cleaned very often either. Go to two notchlocation if you want a good cookout. Read more
Good food, reasonable pricing, fast friendly service and they're open late. I've had a good share of their menu items however,... the walking taco is not for me. Highly disappointed and upset. Went to this cookout location after a long day at work; and actually went out of my way to get... there?. As you can see, my char-grilled chicken sandwich is very small. Not an adult sized portion at all. Secondly, I ordered achicken wrap and I clearly received something else. I do not eat red meat so that went straight in the trash can. Not only did Iwaste time and money but I feel like this location really doesn?t care about customer service at all. Had to make a drive thru order, bc this company still has yet to reopen it's doors since COVID-19. The girl that was taking... orders was apparently ringing up customers the way she wanted to. When we got up to the pickup window she handed me the 2 drinksI ordered and they were in large cups not HUGE ones. So I said something to her about it and she said that a large comes with itnot a huge 1. I tried to tell her that a hugh sweet tea always comes with the same order that I get every time I eat from 1 ofthese places! She just closed the window, as if she didn't hear me, I was already upset about other things, so I just let it go.Once she gave me my order, I made sure that she got that right and it was, thankfully! Hamburger patty was way way over cooked!It was so small and hard as a rock! The other 2 items I got were chicken quesadillas. The 1st one was great, but the 2nd waswell over cooked! The chicken inside was hard as heck and even some of the cheese on the outside was burnt! Other reason why Isaid she was doing what she wanted to do is bc, I was thinking I paid too much for my 1 combo and an extra drink.
