When I got to the window to pick up my food I specifically asked for ketchup and napkins only to leave the drive through window... and have no ketchup. So I have to go back through the drive through line again and ask for ketchup and get no apology. This isthe same girl that drops all my change on the ground and just looks at it. Great fast food and drive thru convenience. Their prices are more than fair also. We go there often.
This is the best cook out of the ones I?ve been to in Columbia. There?s usually a line but it moves right along. Cashiers are... friendly, food is good, and they usually give me a good amount of cheese bites unlike some of the other cook outs in the areathat give me 3 or 4. Keep it up y?all the best. Read more
I have been here for TWO HOURS. it is a thursday at 12:11. i don?t mind waiting, but two hours is the longest i have ever had to... wait. i have a car with 6+ people in front of me so i?ll probably be here for 3 more with no way out. if you?re looking for goodfast food, go to cayce or forest acres. i promise it?s worth it. AMAZONG FOOD FOR LOW PRICES!! It's a rare find to have the pleasure experiencing a place with such an extraordinary variety in... its menu while also being so affordable. This is the definition of ideal fast food. Went there twice, once around noon (very fewcustomers) and once just after midnight (massive number of people present) and both times our service was nearly the same speed(impressive). They definitely make the food fast- but I'd like it if the food didn't make me sick quite as fast. This is a raw deal for the... workers; they have an unforgiving, busy job, that probably doesn't pay what it should. Service is always fast, the food iscooked to order, they get the orders right unless you are just TRYING to mess it up, and I can't say I've had any troubles withtheir customer service- but this is a very specific kind of meal. This isn't dinning at the Ritz and it's not supposed to be,but frankly you can do just a little bit better for fast food and I am always on the fast track to a stomach ache eating here,regardless of what I get. I know my limits. A milkshake and fries shouldn't be torment on the digestive tract and I can'timagine a world where chicken quesadillas should be able to cause nausea. Food safety issues? Stopped here for a quick bite to eat on the way out of South Carolina. Had driven by several in our travels. The menu is quite... large and extremely affordable! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be choosing Cookout again! Read more
