I went drive thru not one biscuit in my order okra to dark almost burned. Can say chicken was hot and okay.

Worst service ever. The employees moved at a snail's pace and clearly didn't care the least little bit about the customers.... Customers were not served in the order that their orders were placed and items were left out our order. I ordered basically thesame items as the next 4 customers and was still standing there waiting for mine after they all had finally walked out the door. No one knew what they were doing and no one cared. Only gave 1 star because zero stars was not an option. No chicken in theworld is worth that. Won't be back! Read more
The food is good but the service is always lacking and the speaker is always broken. Today when I went inside because the door... was actually unlocked and there were 2 people in regular clothes inside the restaurant waiting, I was turned away and told theinside was closed and these 2 people were family. Only the drive thru is opened, the menu board is so dirty you can?t read it, the entire parking lot needs to be redone and that... smell while placing your order makes you not want to order. Service is always slow due to nobody working. Stayed in the drive thru line to place an order for about 20 minutes and finally... decided to get out and go look in store to find only 1 person and he wasn't in a hurry to do nothing. Read more
