They need help....bad! Store is rarely open scheduled times. Speaker box rarely works. Food hasn't been on par last two times I... was able to catch them open. HORRIBLE service! Don?t even waste your time going to this place!!!! I should?ve left after going back and forth for at least 10... minutes with the woman taking my order. ???? It's difficult to place an order when the lobby is closed and the drive thru speaker is turned off conveniently. While you are... sitting there trying to figure it out, someone says that you need to come to the window and place your order. It seems like thatis the way they control quickly someone can be waited on, while the cars are backed up to the street. The owners of theserestaurants certainly need to be informed about this and that it's not productive even though the chicken is one of my favorite.The service is poor. Read more
I came by to try out the new chicken sandwich. The drive-through line did not move one car in like 8 minutes. Went to go inside... there was a fine saying dine in was open tried to come in and the door was locked. After I stood there for a couple of minutes alady came and let me in. I will say that I did receive the food very quickly but my fries were cold and to me tasted and lookedlike they were re fried. The chicken sandwich was OK the Patty could have been thicker and if I had my choice I would rather goto chick filet or popeye's to get a chicken sandwich. Read more
Love church's chicken. Go there often usually several time's a month. Sadly lately their chicken haven't tasted the same . And... have witnessed several people return chicken sayin it was not done in the last month/two. Strongly recommend check your boxbefore you leave the store. If possible break a piece of the leg/thigh open while you're still at checkout. Bought a 3 piecelast night. Got home ate two pieces saved one for breakfast headed it up in microwave tore open The thigh it was Bloody. Took itback to church's showed them raw chicken. ask for my money back. Was told I couldn't get my money back because I bought it lastnight. But was asked did I another thigh. (Realy?). Said no it might be raw to. Manager gave me $2.00 refund. What was supposed to be a 3 piece Texas chicken Tender meal, after getting to work was a 3 piece chicken meal That was... forgivable. Mistakes happen, right?
