This Chipotle has gone way down hill. We used to order regularly, but for the last several months, they are constantly offering... a terrible experience. They are also constantly out of key components. Today, we made an online order and when my husband pickedit up, they gave it to him without saying a word. We had ordered 2 sides of guacamole, and since they were out, they just didn'tput them in the bag. No one bothered to inform us or offer a refund. If we would like our $5 back that we paid for the guac, wehave to call corporate. They also left several items off of our bowls, the soda machine had no ice, and the Mr. Pibb had nosyrup. Total bust. This location was very filthy. There was a large sticky puddle on the floor with a wet floor sign, but nobody had bothered to... clean it up. The beverage machine was out of ice so the soda was flat and warm. To make matters worse there were dead fruitflies coming out with the soda! I was given a refund for the drink but I don?t think I?ll visit this location again. Read more
Lemme start this off by letting y?all know I am a chipotle fanatic! When I lived up north, we?d eat it at least 3 times a week.... Food consistent, delicious, and fast. Down here, it doesn?t feel like there is any love. It all feels slapped together. And thekitchen is in constant dismay. Read more
If I could give you 0 stars I would!! I placed an order on the app for pick up at the Forest drive location. When I got back to... the office and opened my salad, it looked horrible. The lettuce was old(there was no spring mix, only lettuce), the guacamolewas brown(old), my cheese and corn salsa was missing, there was minimal chicken and my entire tray was covered in sour cream.When I moved the lettuce to see if I could find the chicken, there was too much water on the bottom. What's in the water in Columbia? This Chipotle along with the Garners Ferry Chipotle is piss poor at best. This Chipotle is... constantly out of ingredients. One time, there was a sign that listed more than 5 ingredients that were not available. Also, Icame two weeks ago and it was closed with no sign or anything. Finally, I find it absolutely unprofessional that the employeeshere think it's ok to have arguments and attitudes towards each other during work, which reciprocates back to customers. Rudest customer service today. I go literally every other day and the 2 people up front at 7:20 were so rude when all i asked... for was cheese on my bowl? Food was fresh and very good and tasty. The clerk even asked if I wanted to wait for some steak coming off the grill. She had... some but it appeared to be dry. Just a short wait. . Lobby was neat and clean. Tables sanitized each time customers left. Steady flow of customers but not crowded. I will return. I ate the steak bowl with chips and a lemonade drink. Read more
My experiences range from awesome to F##k this Chipotle, hence my score of 3. A few months ago in the morning, before lunch... rush, I received unacceptable food, but I didn't know until I returned to work. The queso was diluted by an excessive amount ofwater and tasted like Velveeta cheese. The bowl was okay, though the employees underserve on the portions of rice. About twoweeks ago, I order two hours before closing and this Chipotle is out of tortilla(corn) chips...in a Mexican Grill? Mexico hasAztec/Olmec influences, both known for their use of corn, so how does a restaurant claim Mexican lineage and not havemaize(corn)? I still have not received an explanation or satisfactory resolution to my complaint. Do not patronize this placeand go to Tacqueria Guadalajara for an actual Mexican grill experience. Read more
