The employees are very kind and helpful, although the general vibe in the shop radiates not very happy employees. Although the... food is good, the management is terrible. I had a very unprofessional experience yesterday with their manager regarding adelivery order for a meeting of about 10 people, and will not order from them again in the future if I can at all help it. I wish I took a picture of my bagel. It was just a plain bagel, toasted, with extra cream cheese. That?s it. Simple, easy.... However?I?m a Jersey Girl who worked in NY City for 18 years. I live in Atlanta. The south tends to serve round bread and callthem bagels. Since I was traveling I thought I?d search great bagels. Carolina Cafe came up first and with loads of amazingpictures I thought I?d walk over. It was well worth it and what an amazing surprise!!! Outstanding bagels!! Really good food. The office I work at is pretty close to Carolina Cafe and they offer free delivery for places close by. My... coworkers and I order from here at least once a week. When we order, we are usually told it'll take 45 minutes, but it usuallyonly takes 20 minutes max which is really great! Overall great experience Read more
I don?t know why I continue to go here. The customer service is the epitome of mediocre and, while the food is solid, takes... forever. Today, I ordered a muffin with my bagel and the cashier asked if I wanted it then or with the rest of my food and Itold him I?d wait for all of my food. I got home before realizing it wasn?t in the bag. You?d think they would put on the ticketthat I?d not received it yet. Anyway, it all seems very unorganized and the staff seems cold. Read more
