Ordered the Ultimate Seafood platter. Very disappointed. Fish filets were like ?chewing gum ? from being over cooked. Stuffed... crab was no better. I had to break the shell in an attempt to get the stuffing out. It was the consistency of potatochips. Food was good and hot. Tea was a little too sweet. Staff and manager were helpful and pleasant. The cash register froze but, ... everyone was patient. I ordered 2-piece fish and shrimp dinner with Cole slaw and fries. Read more

The cashier was very nice and the order was correct. However, they were out of pepsi and cocktail sauce. Three of the four of... us ordered sweet tea, which all had to be poured out. The tea was unsweet and cloudy so i think it must have been brewedincorrectly. We ended up going elsewhere buying more drinks as we had already left when we found the problem. If we could havegone inside, we could have easily fixed the drink problem, but it wasn't worth waiting in that drive through line again to tryto fix. Read more
2 year update: Now Captain D?s if y?all didn?t want to change the grease or cook my fish all the way in the old grease, just say... that! I could?ve went elsewhere. Haven?t had Captain D?s in so long and was craving it! Highly disappointed! I have no idea whythese restaurants don?t throw old food away instead of giving it to paying customers. This stuff looked like it was 3 days old!It?s ok to be honest and let customers know the side they want isn?t fresh. Better yet, keep it fresh! Shame on all of y?all! Read more
