Ate inside, first time in a couple years. Hot sandwich choices are great. All sorts of burger and chicken sandwich choices,... along with other options like lamb burgers. Came for lunch with a Groupon and had the Angus burger, jalapeno cheese fries, and sweet chili wings. I would have given this... place 3 stars had it not been for the fries and service. The jalapeno cheese fries and wings were the best part. I reallyappreciated the fresh jalapenos and what seemed to be an in-house made ranch. Unfortunately, the burger was just okay. Thepatty seemed like a flavorless frozen premade patty; however, the toppings and bun were very fresh and saved it from being aterrible burger. The service itself was great. Read more
Went to this place because I love burgers and this was something I hadn't been to. Found out they had been opened for 2 years.... While they have burgers to choose from u can customize ur burger with the many topping options they have. And I love the frenchfries. Shoestring fries with seasoning on them. Black owned. Would suggest u trying this place. Read more
The burger tasted ok, but it was small and waaay overpriced. The picture showed fresh jalapeño but it came out with jar... jalapeños. The wings were small and dry. The reason I gave it a couple of stars is because the customer service was great. Theladies behind the counter were so helpful and sweet. Unfortunately, I wouldn?t come back for the food. Read more

Food was fresh, tasty and served hot! The best customer service from the staff and owner! I ordered sweet chilli (added sriracha... sauce) wings with the special fries (garlic aoli sauce with sautéed jalapeños ????) my mom ordered teriyaki wings with sweetpotato fries! I can't express in words how amazing this establishment was in making my son's birthday the absolute best day for him!! The... entire staff was accommodating and went out of their way to make sure the experience for my son was awesome! Not only did theyfulfill our large order in a timely manner, they went out of their way to make him feel special! My son was celebrating his 8thbirthday. When I asked him where he wanted to go for his birthday dinner he chose BurgerIM. He loves their burgers and fries! Ican't thank them enough for making him feel like royalty on his special day.
