I went through the Drive-thru and the cashier was preoccupied with other things. It took almost 10 minutes to place my order and... the cashier didn't speak clear when answering my question. Then I finally got to the window my food was at the window gettingcold while the cashier was taking orders at the counter ignoring Drive-thru. I have put in a complaint and still haven't heardback. This location is hit or miss. Best time for this location is the morning. Most of the afternoon widow staff are rude. If you... order onion rings and they are out they won't tell you they'll just stick fries in your bag. Most of the time the food is coldor prepared with no standards. Not worth the price for the experience. Read more

This was the most terrible experience on my life it was 11 am and go to the drivethru window to order and this lady tell me I be... right with you,, I respond I need more time this ladro respond on top of her loung ? I YELL YOU I BE RIGHT WITH YOU??. Withso bad actitud go at round and go inside and she was walking out the store talking and speaking on her cell and tell me thestore is not even open??. And I said ohh you are the same person just screaming on the speaker, ok said to her is no right totalk customer like that ! uh? And she just said she jus was out the store said I not have time for this today?. Ask for themanager the employ tell me she was, ask for her name to make a complain no body tell me when I leave the store she was outsidean the wall speaking on the cell. First time here and I'm posting this while waiting in line because I've been here for 10 minutes. I 2as also waiting another 10... minutes waiting to order. I sure hope this food is at least correct. Let me explain why I?m giving them a three. My husband, son, and myself, were driving to Maysville SC to being moving my elderly... father into our house. Being on a time schedule, we figured we would stop ?real quick? at Burger King to get some Oreo shakes.Long story short?he went in, 20min pass?they failed to tell him he needed to order at the kiosk. Another 20min go by, so I walkin, walk up to my husband, and say what?s on? You?ve been in here over 30min. Before my husband even gets the chance to answerme, one of the employees, Laquisha Johnson, jumps into my conversation and says, ?yea, there?s a wait. There?s only 3 of ushere, we?re backed up, and him back there is ??? I?m not sure if she said he was slow, or new, or what she said, but either way,it was not only inaudible, but unprofessional and irrelevant. First I wasn?t talking to her. I didn?t ask her any questions, Ididn?t look at her, and I wasn?t complaining to anyone. Just asking my husband a question. There was only one other personinside, and maybe 5-6 cars on drive through. So, I do understand that they would be a little backed up. That?s not my problem.My problem is the fact that this woman waited 20min to tell my husband he needed to use the kiosk to order, that should havebeen told to him before as soon as he got in line to order. And the fact that Miss Laquisha, felt the need to jump into myconversation unprofessionally and with attitude. I was not in there to complain to them or anything else. She clearly felt likeshe had to defend or justify why it was taking so long. Like I said before I get it. I am an Assistant Manager at a gas stationthat has a Subway attached and have been understaffed for months. I know things get backed up and sometimes people aren?t asfast or as experienced as others, and I even understand if there is someone working there that may have a disability. Pulled up to the drives through and she immediately tells me cards only, I say ok and order. Dead silence for 5 mins until I... pull around and go inside. Finally was greeted, got my food, and noticed the lids just loose and covered in soda and god knowswhat else, no surprise my chicken fries are rock hard and obviously old af. Read more

The service was exceptionally slow. From what I observed they were under staffed. The person preparing the orders kept asking... for help but did not get any. The crew members did not act like they cared. The food was good but I will not go to Burger Kingfor a long time and never to this location.
