Sure, the parking lot is a bit small, and sure sometimes (Saturday mornings in particular) the line can be pretty long - but... they have GREAT bagels - easily one of the best quick stops for breakfast in Forest Acres! Great bagels but customer service sucks! I walked in there 20 minutes ago (Sunday 9/4/2022 at 1:15pm) and a young girl working... the counter asked if she could help me. I simply asked her ,?is that 2 salt bagels that are left or just 1?? (It appeared onewas behind the other but it was difficult to see from my angle) and she responded to me ,?I don?t know, I can?t see them.?Walking 3? to look at them would have been too much trouble I suppose, so I responded ?Ok, then I guess you can?t helpme.? People like this don?t need to work at places that serve customers, thankfully the other employees stepped in and werefriendly and helpful but if I was a manager I would have pulled that girl aside and set the tone real quick! This was our 2nd time there. The 1st was a Sunday morning (it was packed) and this time was mid-afternoon. Both times the... ladies in there were so sweet! They didn't rush us and they were very patient with my son (who is in a wheelchair.) The bagelsare great. They don't skimp on the fillings and help you chose if you're not quite sure what you're in the mood for. As has beenmy experience in other places. here they don't get upset or aggravated if you ask to substitute something or leave somethingoff. Over all a good experience and we will be going back. Using DoorDash, I ordered the Skinny Zesty Egg White: egg whites, Turkey sausage, Swiss cheese and sun dried tomato spread on a... skinny wheat bagel. My order arrived on time. Currently sitting in this establishment with my mother who I never see due to her being a truck driver. Trying to enjoy our... breakfast which we can't because an employee sitting at the table behind us has to run her mouth to her friend because of mymothers SERVICE DOG! I enjoyed Bruegger's Bagels last weekend on a Sunday morning after a big football game Saturday night. It was my second visit to... Bruegger's and I was so happy with my first experience I wanted to go back. Tasty food, friendly service, reasonable prices. They make the breakfast sandwiches fresh, right in front of you which takes time, so it's a bit of a wait. On both occasionsthere was a line to order... but there wouldn't be a line if the food wasn't really good, so I think that in itself is anendorsement. And if I'm being completely candid... it's worth the wait. There is seating in the store although I do see a lotof folks take theirs to go. This is my new go to breakfast spot in Columbia. Read more
