So visited this location today 7-9-2022 . The manager ( Jarrod or Jarrett wasn't very forthcoming) blatantly misrepresented the... truth. While the order itself was not complicated and not a outrageous request, I asked for a Bo Chicken sandwich on a plainbiscuit. I have in fact ordered this very thing at this location previously and they have only been open a month or so. He thentold me there was no way they could accommodate this request even though I stated clearly if there was an upcharge I was finewith it. He then restated in an agitated tone that they Can't do this under any circumstance. I said ok I will take my businesselsewhere. He responded with " OK" not that I was surprised. So I then traveled approximately one mile to yet another Bojangleswalked in and made the same request. The staff made it right away and with no upcharge or denials. I then inquired if this wasnot something they are not " allowed " or capable of offering the customer. The manager ( didn't get her name) said it was asimple substitution and that it should not be an issue at any of their locations. I thanked them and left. I have the receiptthat I did in fact get exactly what I ordered the way I requested so I am very disappointed with the manager at the Spears Creeklocation for either lying or being flat out unwilling to honor such a simple request that is obviously within their ability. Ididn't ask for them to make me sushi at the chicken fast food place. I simply asked the bun be replaced with a biscuit and wasgiven a false and honestly rude response and ultimately I believe they would benefit from further training. This is the sadresult of a labor shortage as people have very little idea of customer service. I know there are many unreasonable requests theyreceive I'm sure, this was not one and I had gotten that exact item at this exact location in the past.
