I ordered on door dash and left a message for them to give me grape jelly. I also left a message for my driver. My driver asked... for the jelly once order was picked up. They refuse to give him jelly and said it was in bag. There was no jelly inside. Veryunprofessional!!!!! Read more

Order was wrong. Waited 30mins for my fries to be dry, my coleslaw spilled everywhere when I opened the bag, my club sandwich... was missing my bacon and cheese, and lastly they have me two things of unsweetened tea which is ridiculous! Could have at leastgave me some straws! Unacceptable. Read more

Lady said it would be a 20min wait for food. We waited 30mins She Lied saying someone came out 5 mins prior when we?re parked... right in front the entrance. ????Theres a Bojangles on every major street in Columbia. All locations other than Broad river road for some strange reason... prepare there biscuits the exact same way everytime...brown, not doughy, buttery, and doesn't crumble to pieces after bitinginto. Also someone need to teach the cooks at Broad river how to cook the country ham. Its "NOT" supposed to be dry and crispylike bacon. If you take it back to have it remade they kinda look at you like you suppose to just accept whatever they give you.ALL other locations are exactly the same every time, not overcooked. Food is ENTIRELY to expensive nowadays to be dissatisfiedwith what your hard earned money is paying for. *If you wouldn't eat it dont wrap it up and give it to customers. If its beensitting..old and cold and burnt from being overcooked as well as the heat lamp keeping the crispy, dried out piece of meat warm,go ahead and throw it away and prepare the customer a more edible, enjoyable piece of meat. Literally the rudest customer service ever from start to finish in the drive thru. The girl on the intercom very much was having... a bad day that we were not responsible for. They weren?t even busy and were being rude cutting us short and being snappy. Read more

Very disappointed in this restaurant. Bathroom was very dirty. Gang writing on the walls. Told manager and acted like she... didn't care. All windows in restaurant was dirty. Serving line was a mess, dining room was dirty and not got busy and has nothad a chance to clean dirty. Caked on dirt that's been there a while. Did not feel safe or comfortable eating at this location. Read more

This place has HORRIBLE customer service and sadly they stand on being rude and nasty. This particular visit, I went to the... drive thru to order the family box. I normally check my food before I leave the drive thru. However, I was kinda in a rush andthe time sitting in the drive thru was long. So I drive off. I get home and my order is completely wrong. So I drive all the wayback to the store only to face the nastiest person on earth. There was a young lady (not pictured) who ask what was wrong? Itold her my order was wrong, I just wanted the right sides. So as she was opening the drive thru window, the guy pictured, saidto her don?t open the window we are closed. I looked at the time and it?s 10:01pm in which they closed 1 minute ago. So Iyelled that I was given the wrong sides and I just want what I ordered. He looked at me and told me to come back tomorrow. Iasked why? He told me again to come back tomorrow and have a nice day and smiled. No remorse, no empathy, nothing. So I knockedon the window and said, please just give me what I ordered, this wasn?t my fault. He said I?m not gonna keep telling you to thatwe?re closed, I?m not talking to you no more Im busy.
