Ordered my food about five minutes ago when I placed my order i was in good spirit until I reached the pay/pick up window. The... cashier was not customer service friendly at all. I asked did they take apple pay and she rolled her eye's as if I committed acrime by asking such a question. But of course me being the kind person I pushed it off and she told me to give her my phone asI proceeded to hand the cashier my phone she stated next time come in the inside i apologize and thanked the rude cashier as Ihonestly didn't know you had to go in the inside if paying by apple pay as no sign was posted for customer's to be aware ofthat. She rudely gave me this look like whatever and did not even give me a receipt. But I still left saying thank you with asmile because I refuse to allow such a bitter employee determine how my blessed day is going to go. The moral of me giving myreview is that you just never know how a simple kindness or smile could mean a lot to someone that is having a badday.......???? customer's is what keeps the business doors open for employee's to have a job Read more

I rarely eat fast food but my sister-in-law told me about the sweet potato pie that was at Bojangles. That was the best sweet... potato fried pie that I ever tasted! Their biscuits was on point! Customer service needs to be a priority as far as being courteous ? and I threw my sandwich away once I got the chance because... they barely wrapped my sa which and food being handled correctly matters rn me. I would recommend this location maybe forpossible dine in? But I went through the drive through and it was 0 people in front of me and I still got treated like it wasrush hour. Read more

They messed up our order. Did not receive the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Brought it to the lady in the window's... attention. She had us move up. The young lady at the counter told me I could not change the chicken in the tailgate to 2 breasts 4 thighs & 2 wings. I told her... to just sell them to me separately or ring it up another way. She continued to say she couldn't do it & tried to ignore me &make me pay for pieces I didn't want. Her attitude was horrible. She finally called her manager because I wouldn't acceptchicken I didn't want & the manager fixed it correctly. I appreciate the manager but the young girl needs SO much help withcustomer service.
