This location didn?t have any wings they barely had any size they did not have any pinto beans and they also do not have any... fries. Every other side is not nearly as good as the fries so why they start making up so early tonight I will never know. Just watched this place lock the door in two customer's face's with a group of others still in the building at 9:15 in the... morning. Why? because they suddenly didn't want to serve dine-in customers? I was in the dining room when they did it the firsttime. Immediately packed up my unfinished food and unlocked the door to walk out. Was wondering if they would lock it back, andsure enough as two approached, the girl hurries up and locks the door as they reach out to grab it. Appalled, they look at herpuzzled, seeing other people in there, and in line. They turn away confused and proceed to leave. It's a shame and patheticthat we've gone as far as using lame excuses to close a dining room, or even the restaurant Whenever we want to and turn awaypaying and potentially loyal customers over laziness. This would have never been acceptable when I worked at Bojangles, and it'ssad to see where this company has gone. I've had multiple issues at this location specifically in the past and I've refrainedfrom leaving any review, but this is unacceptable... Along with the horrible attitudes and bad treatment of the customers andemployees by management themselves, specifically. These older locations are Not up to standard for what I believe Bojanglesstill aspires to be to this day, If it's anything that they used to. As a quick-service restaurant, Bojangles was a place thatI was proud to work some years ago. These kind of locations are not the standard. I hope they make it right. Read more

Needed a tailgate box at short notice. She (I?m assuming the manager) happily took my order and took the time to explain what it... came with and the extra sides I could get. Upon arrival, they had it ready and waiting and we?re so happy to help me withanything else I would have needed. I will be returning to this bojangles for all other tailgating needs! Read more

If I owned this place, everyone would be fired! I ordered curbside and even though the store wasn't busy and looked fully... staffed no one would bring my food out to me. I drove to the drive through after sitting and waiting for a while to ask about myorder just to be told I need to come inside to get it because they don't bring food out. I was like can't I just get it at thewindow? Anyway I ordered some mashed potatoes and gravy with my meal and they forgot the gravy. GET NEW EMPLOYEES! Read more

Employees need more training with how to treat customers. They typically look miserable with their jobs. Also, there are times... when turtles are moving faster than the drive thru line. Get the employees trained properly. Will wait a month to go back to seeif anything changes. Read more

The girl that helped me at the register was very very nice and very professional but watching them fix food with out using... gloves is a problem. How do we know that yalls hands are clean? Whoever the managers are should be ashamed this is sounprofessional and a health hazard. Please do better and think of how you would want to be treated.???? I was treated VERY RUDELY by the manager Tuesday, July 19th at around 7:30 PM. I wanted to order a six piece leg and thigh... combination (there was a very large sign on the front window advertising this meal as an option). When I pulled up to the drivethrough sign to order, I was told I had to come inside to order that meal combination. I said OK, parked my car, and walkedinto the store to order. When I got to the counter to order, the person said she was new and was not aware of that as a mealcombination choice. When she turned to the manager, the manager said, "you have to stay in the dining area to eat that meal." I said, "excuse me? I have never heard of any such policy." The manager then very rudely said, "if you got a problem with thatpolicy, take it up with corporate, I didn't make the policy so don't take it out on me!" I said, "no thank you," and left. I give this place 1star only because I was crazy enough and maybe hungry enough to eat here. The staff was so disrespectful they... were cursing like they were at home. We were saying the manager must not be here but to our surprise she was and was leaving. She stated to the staff I'm off so don't call me. I told my husband we better leave now because if they act like this when she'shere there's no telling how they will act when she leaves. Never again will I stop here no matter how hungry I am. Did I mentionhow nasty the place was. The guy team lead or manager that was there seen a bojangles box on the counter asked if it belong tosomeone looked inside saw it empty said someone needs to clean up then left the box right were it was and walked off. My husbandmade a joke this place is a glorified Church's Chicken. Greasy chicken, salty beans, cold potatoes. Never again I mean never. Read more
