Only offering drive thru during renovation, but website/app doesn?t reflect that so had to sit in drive through line for 15+... minutes to get my food that I?d ordered for curbside. TL:DR - don?t waste your time ordering on the app until construction isover. You?ll just have to wait in the drive thru to get my food, which was then cold. Read more
If I could give this location 0 starts I would. My husband and I walked in to order. We walked up to the counter and waited. Ok every Sunday I stop and get a #15 3 wing dinner with two dirty rice. In the last 4 weeks they have messed my order up every... time. From we don't have any white meat,or no steak buscuits at 1130am??? Then my two dirty rice was barely half full. Next Igot 2 baked beans, when I order 2 dirty rice. So this past Sunday I checked my order before I left the window. I had two dirtyrice. I checked the wings and there was a big one on the top and I saw two more pieces of chicken so I left. Only to find outwhen I got home that the other two pieces were legs. I don't like dark meat. The lines are long and the wait time is too. So howcome you can't get the orders right. Read more
Travelers beware!! Do not eat at this location. My family stopped here for dinner passing through. We did not receive a... friendly welcome and we noticed a lot of drama among the staff members. We felt very uncomfortable during our visit. So, weate quickly and left. We will never eat at this location again. Very poor customer service!! Read more
The people were very polite but the food was not that great in my opinion. The fries soggy, the biscuit was good, chicken ok not... much to flavor. The sauce is what I think made me feel queasy. Purchase this less than 10 minutes ago. The fries are old and I ask for fries that had no salt on. In hopes of having hot fries... didn't happen. The gravy on my biscuits and gravy is not seasoned at all there's no pepper no salt just plain flowery. Then Ialso seeing some workers in there not wearing a mask at all but they were in very much close proximity to their coworkers.Probably will be throwing this in the trash. Read more
Went to Bojangles yesterday morning and ordered a sausage biscuit combo with fries. The biscuit was great the fries were either... fried too hard or old at 9 am and the sweet tea was sour. Didn't have time to return because I was on my way to work. Notusually the type of service from Bojangles. The young lady at the window was very nice and said thank you and your welcome. Read more
