There ice cream was all melted when I got it.

My husband wanted to treat me to icecream so after failing to find a DQ we settled for here. He got his favorites and I got a... warm brownie with vanilla icecream. The young gentleman did not warm the brownie up at all. The icecream was fine but thebrownie tasted old and stale. With what we spent on this trip, I expected to be totally satisfied with what we got. Don'texpect to be greeted or even thanked. The 2 working today seemed so unhappy to be there. This location has nice employees, but they can NOT make a Cappuccino Blast! They need to train their team for the Baskin side... as much as they do for the Duncan portion of their business. Read more
Extremely dissapointed in this Baskin Robbins. We checked online to make sure that it was still open before we go. It said that... they were open until 10pm. We drove for almost half an hour just to get there, and for it to be closed 40 minutes early. I?venever had any issues or complains until now. I hope this issue will be fixed in the future! Read more
The only reason they have a 3.8 is because of the ice cream not the store. I was just there, it says they close at 10 on this... page but they actually close at 9pm and they will run you out of the store, finished eating your ice cream or not. The littlegirls that were there were rude. One of the girls comes over and says we are closing the door at 8:55 but she was talking to acouple I thought she knew because she was giving the left over donuts to them. I didn't think anything of it. Most places 99%don't throw you out of the establishment if your just eating, they usually let you eat. Very rare do they say anything causethey just go about there cleaning ect. Not these girls they rudely run you out. "You have to leave now, we are closed." I won'tgo back. Until they figure out the hours and get rid of the rude little girls. The owner wasn't much help when he came in theybecame more "we are closed attitude" I am a pretty good customer and don't have problems tiping people but I wouldn't even thinkof tipping them.
