Asked for no cheese on a kids slider because step daughter is lactose but gave her cheese anyways because the guy told us "the... slider doesn't have cheese" when we ordered it with no cheese. And gave us crinkle cut fries when asked for curly while makingus wait. It'd be different if we waited and it was right but it wasn't. Visited the Arby?s on Clemson Rd today. Ordered a turkey and Swiss sandwich... no onions, no Mayo and no onion (I hate the spicy... mustard they use). Last night was great. But a few days earlier I TRIED to get a couple of roast beef sandwiches and THEY WERE OUT OF ROAST BEEF! I... understand we have a supply chain issue in the country BUT Arby's being out of roast beef, INCREDIBLE. I never would havebelieved it. Ordered a turkey ranch and bacon combo which is about $12. When I got home I opened up my sandwich to find 2 slices of butt... bread some grainy mustard smeared on one side a 1/2 of slice of cheese 1 slice of bacon and ranch smeared on the other side. When I tried to call them about it no one would answer the phone. I don't even eat butt bread at home what would make you thinksomeone would pay $12 for that. They are completely slack for this. 1st time ever eating Arby's. The food was horrible. I ordered the chicken bacon sandwich meal large with sweet potato fries.... #11 on the menu board. The most thinnest chicken i have ever seen with 2 tomatoes and barely lettuce. The bacon was cold. Thesandwich so dry, the sweet potatoes were old. The drink was ok. Drive through employee was nice. I eat out once a week and thiswas a disappointment. I won't do it again. I see good reviews from others but for me it was not good. Read more
I have been an Arby's fan since I was a kid. It's not quite the same but still good. The service is good. I would have given a 5... to the food but a couple of times my sandwich felt like it had been microwaved and a 5 to service but I have never been when thetables are clean when it's not busy. Read more
