We stopped for a quick lunch while on a road trip. I got a premium 9 piece chicken nuggets meal, and was able to substitute... mozzarella sticks for the fries. My boyfriend got us a white cheddar mac and cheese for us to share. The service was very nice.Michelle, the manager, took our order, and gave us updates for it. She was apologetic about how the food came out slower thanone might expect, due to the fact that there were only three people, including her, working that afternoon. I was very gratefulfor her kindness and openness, and did not mind the wait at all. The food itself was honestly very bland, but I am not a regularvisitor to Arby?s so I wasn?t complaining. The chicken nuggets were rich, and they paired well with the ranch sauce. Themozzarella sticks were pretty bland, even with the marinara sauce. The mac and cheese was alright, it was a little salty andfelt like it was missing something. Even though the food was not particularly to my liking, the service was amazing.
