We went for the newly advertised Wagyu Steakhouse burger. I received an overcooked crispy and dry burger. Hubby received an... undercooked burger. Restaurant did not have the main ingredients for the sandwich. No American cheese. No tomatoes. We both hadto look for the thinly & I mean thinly almost non existing sliced onions. Asked for no pickles but I definitely got them.They must of counted the pieces of lettuce on each sandwich, maybe one leaf torn into pieces. Both of us had "refried" crinklecut french fries. Will try again but not this location. They were not busy. Not crowded. No excuse for this food. This was a $20meal. Read more

The manager name Renee was rude and disrespectful all the drinks needed to be changed she told me she was to busy to change them... so I said I paid for a drink she kept ignoring me she was also talking bad about the people in drive thru because they had thesame complaints. We needed a spot for a fast lunch off of 77. Easy to order and our order was correct. Loved that their deal of the week was... buy a combo get a kids meal for $1 (we have two kids). I thought the chicken gyro wrap had a lot of flavor though a littlelight on the protein. My potato cakes came out nice and crisp. I love this place. And the people that work there, they have a new working girl, she acts like she is drunk or high all the... time, she does not seem to know what you are saying, she does not seem to know she is still alive, I think they should lether go and get someone that can do better, and I am not the only one who feels this way.
