We don't get to eat out often but when we do we would prefer it to be at a place that is totally worth it. 1801 Grille nailed... it. Our waitress T was absolutely fantastic. Personable, witty, knowledgeable and attentive. The picture of great service. Thefood was off the chain. Great mix of flavors and variety for this type of restaurant. This place looks nice on the outside and on the inside. It was rather easy to make reservations. The service was adequate. The... bar was super slow. I really enjoyed my Smokey Margarita. They were out of grapefruit juice for their 1801 Paloma, which was abit disappointing. Blackberry Breeze cocktail was very good. Garnet Lemonade would satisfy a red wine lover. And the Last Wordcocktail was refreshing and fun. We had baked smoked gouda as an appetizer. The marinara sauce it came with was the star ofthis appetizer. Gouda didn't taste smoked at all. For the main course we had 1801 steak (one medium rare and one medium).Steaks were cooked to the right temperature. Steaks and the side they came with were under-seasoned. Specifically lacked salt.Also, roasted rosemary potatoes didn't have any rosemary in them. Sweet potato fries could've used some more salt, too, in myopinion. The sweet potato cheesecake was great!
