Trios is known for their lobster roll I needed either melted butter or something to go with the lobster on the bun. Bun was... truly stuffed with lobster. There were about 25 or 30 of us so back room was very noisy with everyone talking. Everyone waspleased with what they ordered. Kitchen did exceptional job getting food out HOT to us. I always love the food when I come here. It's great quality and consistency is always there. The turkey club sounds so simple... but is one of the best things I have had in a while. Last night I had the Cobb salad and added shrimp and mandarin oranges. Itwas very fresh and I am already craving it again. However the service is poor. The servers are not that friendly and you end upwaiting for a while for a drink or someone to notice you. Which is very frustrating when you are a paying customer and your timeis valuable. I do keep coming back though since I like the low key environment and the great food. Service needs to definitelyimprove though. Read more

I have been coming to Trio for the last 4 years, more recently with the new outside patio, about twice a week. The owners Becky... and Tony are very friendly, and the staff is always accommodating. They take pride in their business, the staff they employ, andthe delicious food on the menu. The Manager, Mike, always has a great draft beer selection that is constantly being rotatedwith unique and local beer selections. He always has a new recommendation depending on your specific tastes. The service fromthe servers and bar staff is always top notch. The new additions to the menu are delicious, and compliments go chefs and kitchenstaff - the Trio Burger, Smash Burger, Spiced Tuna Tacos and Wings are among my favorites! They recently made updates to theback patio including the addition of a large covered bar, corn hole, trash can beer pong, and lots of out door tables underumbrellas. I've eaten at Trio 5-6 times. I always enjoy the food, which is why I keep coming back. I love their wraps (and the fact that... any of their sandwiches can be made into a wrap). Highly recommend their wings with boom boom sauce. The reason I give it 3stars is the service is consistently not great every time I go, regardless of whether it's lunch, dinner, weekday, orweekend. The bar is always busy with what appear to be regulars. I'm rarely greeted when I walk in and everyone at the bar juststares (including the bartender) while I find a seat. It's super uncomfortable. I've had a few mistakes made on my orders, butthey've always been quick to correct them. Like I said, the food is always really good. I've noticed that I'm usually one of theonly ones eating in the bar area - it seems like a lot of people (again, apparently regulars) just come to drink and hang out.Which is fine, I just wish it was a friendlier crowd. I frequently feel forgotten about by the bartender and have had to chasethem down to ask for refills or checks. Sometimes the food can be REALLY slow coming out of the kitchen. I'm sure they're shortstaffed due to covid so I don't really blame them for this and I just have learned to plan a little extra time. We expected a little bit more. We requested to be seated outside, but there were not enough wait staff to accommodate, and when... we asked for select dishes from the menu, nearly half they did not have. The food that we did eventually end up receiving wasquite tasty. Service seemed a little bit rushed but our waitress ensured that we enjoyed our meal. We'll give it another timeonce things open up. Loved all the vegan items on this menu, the avocado rueben is something special! Return trip and I had a Buffalo Tofu Wrap and... it was great as well. The tap list always showcases some of the best in East Coast beer scene, which as a traveler suits me, Ialways enjoy coming to Trio and eating and drinking with the locals. Read more
