I am currently in line and have been here for 40 minutes. There is a big line behind me with a sign that says be right back.... They have told us nothing, even though there are two of them back there doing stuff. Read more

This place is horrendous. One of the workers berated me and called me dumb to my face which is unacceptable considering I have... an intellectual disability. All of the workers are lazy and unfit for work. Read more

I ordered a footlong online using the app. I then received an email 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup saying that my order... was canceled. I walked up to the counter asking why my order was canceled and got an immediate ?we never got it? response.Nobody even bothered to check what may have went wrong. I tried explaining that I ordered online using Apple Cash and that I hadno other funds on me. I was presented with immediate attitude and confusion from the cashier. You could tell she didn?t want tobe there. She treated me as an inconvenience and didn?t offer any solution other than ?buy something else? which I physicallycouldn?t do, so I had no other choice but to leave. Read more

Where to begin. My wife and I went to this subway and asked if they had eggs. The worker ( shorter, heavy set male with curly... hair in a headband and airpods in ) replied with...."Yeah we got mozzarella, we got cheddar..." She asked again. "No, eggs, doyou have eggs?" "Yeah we got mozzarella, we got cheddar, we got lots of cheese. What kinna cheese you want?" She started lookingscared at this moment and said..."okay um...can I just have a veggie sandwich then?" "Yeah we got cheese...you want cheese???" "No I want a vegetable sandwich" He then asked her "What's wrong with you?" I looked directly at the worker and said veryslowly "She wants vegetables....on a sandwich" "Yeah we have lots of cheese. Oh wait did you want a sandwich too?" "Yes...I'dlike you're very straight forward on the menu Baja chicken sub." "Yeah ..we got cheese." *Literally facepalming at this point*"What's the difference between the foot long and the foot long pro?" "Yeah they're different." "How are they different." "Moremeat." "Which one has more meat?" "Yeah they're different." Uncertain if wed ever eat at this point. I asked very slowly. "Arethey different prices?" "Yeah we have price differences." "Which one is higher priced?" "I don't understand" "Which one is moreexpensive than the other?" "I mean ...we have gift cards...." Finally I caved and said "When you're done making the veggie justmake a foot long Baja chicken." He leaves the first sandwich unattended and begins my sandwich. "What do you want on it?" "Startby toasting it with pepper jack cheese on it." He takes the non toasted, non cheesy bread and goes straight to the veggie areaand starts just piling random veggies on it without asking. Finally the other worker intervened and finished our sandwichescorrectly in about 60 seconds. The only interruption being the first worker harassing him about putting more cheese on thesandwiches. After we sat down it finally hit me. *Cheese* is code for contraband injective items. Read more

A son of a viper works here. In all seriousness this was the worst subway experience of all time, and we've been to them in... numerous states..perhaps the worst fast food experience of all time, with that being said, the sandwiches, when they actuallygot made by the inebriated staff, were actually half decent. I would suggest to management and corporate that they do routinedrug screenings for their staff at this location, and also request that their staff know what the word "price" means and theword "egg" and the word "toasted" ... Apparently those words are difficult to comprehend and take two+ workers to understand? Not the tasks at hand, the actual words is what they did not understand. The shorter of the two workers who was adorned withlarge curly hair had to ask for help understanding my husband and I's simple request of an ingredient and then went on to getangry at us. For some background I have college education in a communication related subject and my husband is a skilled worker,we do not have any speech impediments or learning delays but for some reason this worker simply did not understand the word"vegetable" and continuously repeated the word "cheese" back to us when we uttered the word "vegetable". The taller, shorterhaired gentleman he recruited for help had a stunned look of terror on his face but ended up being helpful in the end. I reallyhope the shorter confused man who doesn't understand what an egg is finds a place where he fits in, in this vast world of peoplethat use big words such as "toast" Read more

service was so slow and one of the workers was rude. found 3 rotten tomatoes in my salad. my sandwich wasn?t even a sandwich, i... opened the bag and all the toppings weren?t on the bread, they were spilling out. I had to eat my sandwich like a taco. Thebread was also burnt and couldn?t eat half of it. They also only put lettuce on half the sandwich. Read more

The staff was extremely disrespectful of my asking for a vegetarian sandwich with extra cheese, despite the fact I said I would... pay extra. They were very loud about my request and overall completely unprofessional. I get this is a college Subway, buthonestly it?s still my money being spent. I expect better service and for this issue to be resolved. Read more
