Sandwiches were good as usual however I was shocked at the prices. It's been awhile since I've been to Subway, so I guess I'm... just out of touch. We purchased a foot long ham and cheese, no veggies and a turkey, cheese, onions, pickles and lettuce and itwas over $20 ????. No soda or chips. The people behind the counter were not friendly at all, again I was shocked. The firstlady asked me what I wanted and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I had to keep asking her to repeat herself because shewas looking everywhere but at me. All the way down the line there was not 1 smile to be had. Big price increase. I stop here for lunch regularly, normally my order is around $8. Today the same order was over $12. I was... informed it was because of a price increase. That's a FIFTY percent increase. This is no longer a reasonable lunch option. Read more

Today I visited the store in Columbia ,mo located at 5612 east St Charles Rd around 2:15pm. Both workers were extremely rude. I... was asked what I wanted, and just making conversion I just mentioned that the app was not working. The other worker Rusty saidthat's not my problem that has nothing to do with me. I then said that the comment was rude and Rusty said to me if I don't likeit to leave. I then asked for the manager number. Connor then gave me a number that was not legible and I stated that I can notread the number. He then told me to look it up . He brought me another piece of paper and I asked for the store number, hesnapped that he already gave it to me I said the store location number, Connor then said " why don't you just leave?" Poor service. Will not visit again. Refused to simply sell me a loaf of bread for my toddler. She was groggy from a procedure... she just had and only wanted bread. Insisted that I must buy an entire sandwich. Read more
This is the second time within a month I have been dissatisfied with this establishment. First time I went in and barely got any... toppings on my sandwich even when I asked for more. Second time about 10 min ago at 8pm I went in to order and there wasliterally only 3 slabs of bread available. You would think for two people who work in a sandwich shop they would know how to build a sandwich and not crush the bread. This... was a Friday Sept 9, the regular guy do way better work and can properly build the sandwichs the right way. Read more
