Very cozy Mizzou Environment
Starbucks is always great! I visit Starbucks about 4 or 5 times a week--I know, I might have a caffeine addiction. Nevertheless,... the coffee is always great; even the small sandwiches are really yummy and rather filling. The texture of their bubblegum--aftera short while of chewing--is not the best. But one doesn't go to Starbucks for gum--mostly coffee, right! For the coffee- ortea-lover, starbucks will always be a great option with a large variety to choose from. They need to stop hiring dumb and careless undergrads as workers. They will have 7 employees just preparing drinks yet have a... line out the door; 4-5 people waiting for drinks and still prepare them wrong. They clearly spend more time talking with theirfriends that walk in than learning their job. Walk the extra 2-3 blocks if you can and go to the one on 9th street. Read more
Only two stars because of the drive through. staff is always friendly and for the most part always get my order correct but the... drive through is absolutely ridiculous. It took me 36 minutes to get a coffee (not an exaggeration... literally 36 minute!!!! )waited so long people actually left there spots in the drive thru and drove away. Starbucks is great but not 36 minutes waitgood. This location should really find a solution to this drive through problem it?s costing them business and loyal customerlike myself to find alternatives due to wait times. Gonna have to start getting my coffee somewhere else. Just beware of thewait times people. Read more

Normally I have a great experience at this Starbucks, however, I was wanting a hot chocolate with a pump of white mocha. After... they dropped my drink and remade it I was given a peppermint white mocha. Personally I can't stand the peppermint holidaydrinks at Starbucks they are way too minty so I was a bit disappointed... Read more
