Unfortunately I had to order from this POS store. Every single time I order... it is wrong. plus it took 2 hours for delivery... this time. I tried to calling the store for 3 hours but could not get a person to answer. I tried calling this time and withprevious orders... but they just hang up on you without even saying hello... or it is busy for hours straight. Tonight theypicked up the phone...and didn't say hello... they just picked it up for it to stop ringing and I listened to theirconversation for a good 3 minutes while screaming into the phone hello. Horrible service constant wrong Pizza orders. This isn'tthe first time.. either. unfortunately this location is the only place that delivers to where I live. I ordered an extra pepperoni pizza, and received a Hawaiian instead. I've tried calling the restaurant multiple times, and I get... hung up on immediately every time. I've called customer service multiple times for the past two weeks trying to get a refund andthey never get back to me. I ordered tonight and was very upset to know that my order wasn't made quite right. I got the opportunity to get help from... Not happy with my order at all. The pizza was late, cold, and soggy. It was the wrong crust and had many wrong toppings on it.... I also ordered mild wings and received the hottest sauce. I called to complain and was told to try again in the morning... Ispent $61.00 on this order and was very disappointed. The staff was so nice even though we was cutting it very close to their closing time they didn't complain. We had just drove... from KY to MO and we don't have a pizza hut in our hometown anymore so it hit the spot. The food was delicious like you wouldexpect pizza hut to be. If any of the workers reads this and remembers us I am so sorry that it was so late and thank you somuch for still serving us I appreciate it immensely. Read more
NEEDS ZERO STAR. I fail to understand how you can forget pizza sauce on a pizza, other than the crust it?s the second most... important topping. Don?t even bother wasting your time calling Pizza Hut you won?t get anywhere with them. Read more
