Excellent in every way! I came here as a virgin Tia food eater, having only been to one other Tia restaurant. The gentleman... behind the counter was super friendly and helpful in getting me familiar with the menus options. Soup selected, coconut Tom yumramen, and boy what an amazing treat to my taste buds. It was amazing? bubbly hot and super fresh. I?m super full now but amalready making plans in my head to stop in again. Excellent choice if you?re looking for something fresh, yummy and healthy. Wedidn?t get any, but they also sell fresh made egg rolls. I?m in love with this place. You won?t be disappointed!!! Read more

This place is authentic Ramen and does a great job with a build your own noodles bowl theme. I've never had anything like it and... I've had Ramen in so many different places. They have a great menu here and the food is terrific. Highly recommend. Read more

We had a spicy chasumen, tonkatsu and the curry dumplings to go. Service was friendly and quick and the food was packaged as... well as you could ask for ramen. I really enjoyed the spicy chasumen broth, but my wife complained the tonkatsu was bland onits own. We both really enjoyed the toppings and found the noodles to be well cooked with bounce, but we would have appreciatedmore toppings. The dumpling curry sauce seemed to be a thai curry, which we loved, but the dumplings were doughey, wet and abit undercooked. Hits the spot when you need a ramen fix. Worth checking out. Read more

I seriously am so glad I went to this place for an anniversary lunch while enjoying a day in Columbia. I wanted as authentic as... I could get ramen since I had never had it, this ramen was really good. Maybe it was just me, but I did expect more flavor outof the Shio ramen since it said 'Loaded with umami flavor' and I really didn't get a nice strong umami flavor. My boyfriend gotthe Spicy Miso Ramen which he thought was super spicy so I figured I would too, but I took a bite and it really didn't seem thatspicy to me. He chugged his Ramune and was breathing heavily to try to combat the spice so he didn't try drinking my drink too.The flavor was sooooo delicious though in the Spicy Miso, highly recommend! Interesting startup ramen joint that?s still getting its legs underneath it. Good flow of customers show they have the right... idea and good food. And I emphasize here at the outset, I?ll be back. But that being said, their cooking operation makes menervous? Using a Coleman camp stove indoors (?!) might work - but it also might not be safe. There are also lots of opencontainers with the ramen components all over the place. The old Steak ?n Shake motto, ?In sight, it must be right? comes tomind - but doesn?t seem to apply, either. The storefront used to be a packaged meal place that closed (their labels remain onthe grab-n-go coolers on the South wall), and then, it seems, these folks took over the space with its adequate refrigerationfacilities, brought in some portable burners, and started offering decent ramen and noodle dishes. I used to live in Columbia, and the health department used to be really hard-nosed. How this place passes their standards? I don?t know. But like I said, they?re pointed in the right direction. It?d just be nice to see a real commercial stove with a ventilation hood, and arefrigerated stainless steel service bar to keep the noodle dish components safe and fresh. Maybe with the customer flow theycan acquire those appliances soon. And as I?ve said above: I still recommend this place, and I will probably return when I?mback in Columbia. Read more
