Ordered curbside on 9/6/22. After waiting 20 minutes I went inside to see what the holdup was. Stood at the counter for 5... minutes and noone even acknowledged I was there. Finally the manager took an order out to the lobby and I caught her on the wayback by and asked if they had my order. She said it was coming up. Finally after another 5 minutes she gave me my food and nevereven apologized for it taking so long. The last few times I've been to this location I've noticed all the priority goes to thedrive thru. People that want to order at the register have to wait forever for someone to take their order and then wait andwatch the people in the kitchen serve numerous orders in the drive thru before they start working on lobby orders. Do NOT EAT HERE !!!! It?s 8-24-22 just left the store and did not receive a receipt? My daughter want in to get a breakfast... burrito and a hash brown as she was eating her breakfast burrito she bit in hair with inside of her burrito and it wasn?t just alittle bit of hair it was a lot of hair and now I can?t even return the mail or get my money back because employee did not giveme a receipt!!! What is the use of remodeling the store if you?re not gonna have model employees I?m so disgusted UPDATE So Iwent back to the McDonald?s to let them know that they had hair in my food and their employee by the name of Stephanie thoughtthat the situation was funny she was very rude and belligerent with me and had no empathy for the fact that my daughter just atehair on her way to school? I did however call Smiley Lane McDonald?s because the McDonald?s on Clark Lane would not answer thephone and the employees over there was very nice and actually were placed a meal that they wasn?t even responsible for ourrecommend everyone to go to Smiley Lane McDonald?s but do not eat o?clock Lane McDonald?s they are not clean and they have noempathy or sympathy for the food or service that will be given? Quick service! friendly drive through workers and you can't hardly beat the coupons at McDonalds! On the down side, average food... quality. Food was barely warm and too much ketchup. I wouldn't return there unless I was starving or if I had no other choice. Read more

Placed my order for at 9:23am for a burrito meal deal and an extra coffee for in room dining. At 9:50 I hadn?t received my order... yet. Went to the counter and my wasn?t even on the board! Asked for manager(he?s a joke!) said they are backed up and he?ssorry! Gave me my order with cold hash browns and burritos. No coffee! Asked him he needed to comp my order, he said he couldn?tbecause I had received my food! Told him to keep his cold food and give me a refund! Talk about an attitude from management!Another couple waiting behind me for in store dining have waited for 47 min for bacon egg and cheese biscuits. This is utterlyunexplainable for fast food! Went through the drive thru (ticket #1383) on 7/13/22 @ 11am. Among our order items, we ordered nuggets with honey mustard. ... The attendant said "hot mustard", and we said "no, 2 honey mustards". When we got to the window to pick up our order, we askedthe woman again if there is honey mustard in the bag, and she said, "there should be". As we were driving off, we checked thebag, no dipping sauces at all. So we turned right back in, and sent our son in to get the honey mustard. It took over 12minutes to get the honey mustard that was missing from our bag. Very slow and unresponsive crew. Normally, this wouldn't be ahuge deal, but when you're on a 1300 mile road trip, it's very frustrating to drive thru and waste time because they didn't giveyou your complete order. Read more

Visit on 2-22-22. Arrived at 8:40pm, just wanted to grab lunch to take with me on the way to work. Eight cars in drive through... ahead of me. Left the drive through at 9:15pm. So from the time I entered the line to the time I received my food was 35 mins.Had nugget meal, and two mcdoubles to reheat later (I work nights). The nuggets and the fries were ice cold. And the friesappeared to be undercooked. Didn't eat them. Pics of the fries attached. No reason that I should have been in line for thatlong, especially considering how few cars were ahead of me. Absolutely no excuse for my food to be cold. Ever. Read more

I order door dash from here all the time. Every single time I order fries they re cook old fries so when I end up receiving them... they are over cooked and they are cold. I tried to call and have the issue fixed and instead of fixing the issue she refused tolisten and said it was door dashes fault. Read more
