One of the most disgusting thing happened to me on this kfc where I order thru servi car and the lady took my food to a... different car, after I wait more than 20 minutes and after they opened and checked then they took it to me...white lady withblue hair was working. that's not professional. Awful. Zero socially skilled workers. The one across town isn't much better. This used to be an alright place to eat. Plenty of... other, better places. Edit: Multiple chances have been given at this establishment. Will not ever return. Step up your game. Read more
I don?t usually write reviews, this might be my first, but this experience was exceptionally bad so I figured I should. Rude... over the drive thru intercom. Then rude in person. Forgot our corn when they gave us the food so we went back through the drivethru b/c inside was closed. THEY ASKED IF WE WERE SURE WE DIDNT HAVE THE CORN ON US because they only made one corn today. Uhwhat? Why would I wait in the drive thru just to scam corn out of them. Someone must?ve gotten an extra corn in their bag. Veryweird experience overall. Probably will not return. Read more
Ordered a 4 piece. Asked for 2 pieces to be original, and the other two pieces to be crispy. I received 4 pieces of original... chicken. They can't follow simple directions.! The cooking oil needs to be changed. This chicken is terrible! Never again... Iknew I should of went somewhere else. If, this business can make biscuits taste terrible. Stay away from this KFC. Just stopped in to get a bucket of chicken to go. Outside of the cashier (Done) who was new, actually 4th day there, the service... was ridiculous and the chicken was horrible. Register did not print out a receipt. Cashier asked one worker to help him and theworker stated not his problem and walked out the door. The manager on duty came up with an attitude and instead of showing thenew guy how to reprint a receipt, he pushed a bunch of keys and walked off saying he needs to go home. Then the machine printedseveral days worth of receipts and when cashier and another worker tried to get managers attention, he sat in his office with anattitude and said he needs to go home. Then rambled something off about the machine being down and it can't just print onereciept. I made the comment twice, that it's nice to know that as the manager, he is more worried about going home than to makesure customers are treated correctly and have a good visit. The chicken was cooked in OLD OLD OLD grease and for $26 that isridiculous. I truly hope the cashier finds a different job where he is treated better. He was really good. Read more
Dirty restaurant. Tables were not wiped. Foors were not mopped. Bathrooms were not cleaned for a long time from the looks of... them. Did not use. Very slow service. Vents were not clean. Storage room where syrups for sodas are stored was not clean. Couldsee spilled syrup on the floor and trash can. Front door wasn't closing and let flies in. Also not wiped down. Read more
Time for the health department to pay a visit. Chicken does not taste or look fresh at all and the fries were really greasy.... Both looked as if they were cooked in old, dirty grease. The lobby has a weird old smell and not the cleanest. Would notrecommend! Read more
The guys running this place at night need to be fired. My family & I are only in town for the week because of my son having a... major 12 hour surgery. These idiots couldn?t even collect an order correctly? then when they did get it. They fd up everything.They only gave us half of what we paid $40 for.
